In the first phase of this project, I created a shape which I then used in the second phase to create compound shapes. In the third phase, I focused on figure/ground relationships and combinations with duplicates of the original shape.​

​​​​​​​​For the final part of this project, I selected pieces from all three phases to demonstrate the process of building shapes. Later on, this shape will be utilized        to create patterns and textures.
